The Moment
The moment the decision was made
a terrible mistake was done
there was no turning back
The moment the two were born
they were destinied to write a bloody page of history
The moment the plane was ready
innocent lives were in a count-down
innocent futures were sealed
The moment the two were dropped
they greeted all with giant mushrooms
and cast the lands a deadly curse
The moment the grounds shook with shock
our hearts are to be broken with grief and pain
The moment Nagasaki and Hiroshima turned into ash
the victors celebrated under the scoldings of the world
they think they have won
but
the moment the war started
everyone already have lost
Notice that the poem itself is in the shape of a mushroom cloud.
